Hoapili was born April 7, 1911 in Honolulu but has been a resident of Boron, where he made his home at 415 John Street, since '50. He is survived by two sons, Wm. D., Jr. and Robert James who is in the navy. Services pending with O'Donnell Funeral Home, Mojave.
