The Rev. Howard Talum will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Ward, a native of Oklahoma, resided in Kern County 45 years. Survivors include the widower, Monroe; 4 sons, Odus McMillan, Bakersfield, G. W. McMillan, Darrel and Clifton Hastings, all of Oregon; 2 daughters, Arlene Johnson and Brenda McCarley, both of Oregon, a sister, Hester Tatum of Fresno, 17 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
