Stahl, 85, of California City passed away on May 5, 2005 at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. He was born to Ernest G. and Mayme (nee Weir) Stahl on October 7, 1919 in De Soto, Missouri. He was a service station owner, a member of the VFW Post 9375 and a WWII veteran. He married Eileen A. (Black) Stahl who predeceased him and was brother to Earl Stahl, Ernest Stahl, Dorothy Goodnight, Eileen Stone, and Evelyn Woodard, who all predeceased him. He is survived by son Robert M. (Linda) Stahl of California City; grandchildren, Bob Stahl Jr., Shaun Stahl and Tammy Densmore; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held on May 14 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Desloge, Missouri. David Bates officiating.
