Long, 64, of 540 Olive St., Shafter, who died Jan. 2 in Wasco. Rev. Henry H. Dick will officiate and interment will follow in Shafter Cemetery. Mr. Long was a native of Texas and had lived in Kern County for the past 22 years. He is survived by one son, William of Shafter; one daughter, Betty Gloeckler of Shafter; seven brothers, Sam of Texas, Hugh of Oregon, Fred of Arizona, Clyde, Edgar and S.
