Officiating pastor will be Russell Moore, Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. The deceased was a native of Texas and had lived in California and Kern County for 32 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Frank Fladger, of Detroit, Mich.; two daughters, Rosie Lee Kelley of Colorado, and Ruth James, Paris, Texas; also one sister, Rebecca Stokes, Oklahoma.
