The Rev. Harry Leigh Pink, associate pastor of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, will officiate. Mr. Day was a native of Mokejumne Hill, and had resided in this community 56 years. He was a veteran of World World I, serving in the Marine Corps, and was wounded in action. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Maude A. Smith of Bakersfield, and two nieces. Pallbearers will be E. R. Jenderson, J. D. Ferbrache, J. Moynier, Ken Sherer, C. Pillow and Clyde O'Kane. Interment will be in the family plot in the Haven of Rest section in Union Cemetery.
