Accidental death was the verdict handed down by Coroner Stan Newman after an, inquest held at the O'Donnell Funeral Home in Mojave. Cause of death was an electrical flashback that happened when he and a helper named Henry R. Vasquez, were working on a 2300 volt circuit breaker November 17, at the Monolith Portland Cement Co. in Monolith. Survivors include his widow, Henniworth, two sons, John and Lewis, four daughters, Jennie, Tanie, Jeanne and Evelyn; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Yett, Tennessee; a sister, Mrs. Zela Welch and two brothers William W. and John William.
