He was 79. Born Sept. 2, 1925 in Tucson, Ariz. Mr. Dinwiddie was the son of Rufus and Estella Dinwiddie. On April 28, 1951 he married Bonnie Jensen at China Lake. In 1975 Lonnie retired and fulfilled his dream of burying a farm in Fredericktown, Miss. His years on the farm were some of his happiest, as he also loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Lonnie moved to Ogden, Utah in 1999 to be closer to his family. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Bonnie, three sons Michael (Gwen) Dinwiddie of Kearney, Ariz., Monte (Denise) Dinwiddie of Ridgecrest and Blaine (Terri) Dinwiddie of Omaha, Neb., daughter Dana (Fred) Gundersen of Ogden, Utah and 11 grandchildren whom he loved very much. Visitation was held Tuesday March 29 at Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary located at 2140 N. Washington Blvd. from 6 to 8 pm. E-mail condolences can be made to the family.
