She was 78. Born Dec. 2, 1926 in Scranton, Iowa Mrs. Ganoe was a local resident since 1997 and a Trona resident for many years. She was a homemaker and a musician. She was a musical director of the St. Madeleine's Catholic Church in Trona for many years as well. She belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary B.P.O. Elk's Trona Lodge No. 1975 as well as the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1950 in Trona. The family says this of her: "Jacqueline was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a beautiful lady. Her love and song will live in our hearts forever." Mrs. Ganoe is survived by her daughters Michele Mallett of Wister, Okla., Lois Bozarth of Ridgecrest and Leslie Chandler and her husband Rudy of Poteau, Okla., daughter-in-law Debie Ganoe of Poteau, sister Joan Clopton of Jefferson, Iowa, brother Keith Sayre of Trona, sisters Wanda Hudson of McKinleybille and Linda Brooks of Ridgecrest, brother Joe Sayre of Long Beach and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Loenilla Sayre, husband Clyde Ganoe Sr. and sons Douglas Charles and Clyde, Jr. (Pete). Visitation will be held Sunday May 8, 2005 from 2 to 5 pm followed by a rosary at Holland & Lyons Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday May 9 at 9 am at St. Ann's Catholic Church. The Rev. Robert E. Gamel will officiate. Burial rites will be officiated by Father John Patron of St. Joseph's Church, Barstow. Place of burial will be at Searles Valley Cemetery, Trona, May 9 at 11:30 am. A funeral was held Monday May 9 at 9 am at St. Ann's Catholic Church. The Rev. Robert E. Gamel officiated. The burial was officiated by Father John Patron of St. Joseph's Church in Barstow. The place of burial was Searles Valley Cemetery in Trona on May 9 at 11:30 am. Jacqueline was born December 2, 1926 in Scranton, Iowa. A homemaker she lived in Ridgecrest since 1997. Previously she had been a resident of Trona for many years. Jacqueline was a musician. She was a musical director of the St. Madeleine's Catholic Church in Trona for many years.
