Many thanks to Mary and Sharon for taking the trouble to look up Harold BENEDICT for me in the 1930 Kern Census also thanks Mary for the additional information from the 1915 Kansas census. I've known about BENEDICT being the first husband of my ancestor for some for some three years but until the other day did not know his forename. The marriage did not last long probably about a year so finding out who he was difficult but I now have the date of the divorce the next step is going back to find his marriage to my ancestor Lillian SALMON, it probably took place around 1927/28 and probably in Kern. Can I take you up Sharon on your kind offer of a copy of the original. Thanks to all your help was much appreciated, another brick removed. Regards John Somerset England
