Last known whereabouts were Bakersfield (Kern). He as the son of Epifanio Hernandez Martinez and Pelegrina (also spelled Peregrina) Cruz Santa and was born in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Left Lancaster, PA for California in mid to late 1950s. Has bothers and sisters as follows: (Antonia) Maria, Ramon, Anselmo, Sixto, Gilberto, Ana Luz, and Maria Magdalena. He stopped communicating with his brother Ramon and the family did not hear from him since then. His sister Maria and brother Gilberto (only surviving siblings) want the information.
