Kevin was raised into a fine young man in the city of California City. Kevin did not like the desert; his heart was in Oregon with his best friends, Zack Ralston, Timothy Martinez and Brett Ansite. Kevin led a wonderful life. He was a volunteer at the Head Start Program and although he was a security guard for a short time, Kevin loved his job at the Honda Test Track. Kevin was also very active in his faith as one of Jehovah Witnesses. Kevin has three sisters, Carrie (husband Jeff), Crystal (husband Caleb) and Randi who love him very much. Kevin also had many nieces and nephews. His nieces and nephews saw him in many different ways through their own eyes. As an uncle, Kevin was a hero, big brother, teacher, and someone that played with them at any time. We as Kevin’s family don’t ask God why (1 John 5:19), yet, we have Jehovah God’s understanding that He would not! put a family through the pain of losing a loved (Revelation 21:3,4). Kevin’s family will miss him greatly; his smile and the loving person he was. The Kersey Family expresses their appreciation The family of Kevin Kersey would like to say thank you to all who have helped us in this trying and difficult time in our lives. As Kevin’s family we see that our loving son and brother touched so many lives, young and old. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and loved him. As every minute in life passes by, we will never forget that he gave his life for another. As you hug and kiss your loved ones each and every day make sure that you let them know that you love them, because they might not be there tomorrow. We, as Kevin’s family, were not able to say good-bye or that we love him on the day that he went to sleep. Thank you again Dr. and Mrs. Ali at the California City Clinic, U.S. Borax, California City, and the friends and family from the East to the West Coast. Kevin would be pleased to know that you all helped his family that he loved so much.
