Cox of St. Paul's Episcopal Church officiating. Burial is to be in Union Cemetery. Mr. Day died at the family home, 2311 B Street Tuesday morning. Survivors include two sons, Frank H. Day, Jr., and Ralph W. Day, and a daughter, Mrs. Maude Day Smith; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren all of Bakersfield. Pallbearers will be Mike P. Smith, Mel P. Smith, I. J. Teal, W. V.
