He was a fine horseman and belonged to the equestrian group, ETI, and the Sportsman’s Club. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Babs; their three children and their spouses, Mark and Lisa Chase, Robin and Darryl Battle, and Barry and Linda Chase; and nine surviving grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsey, Blake, Pierce, Alexis, Robbie, Mikey, Alex and Eric.
