Lane, born Sizelove. He was born 10/15/1908 to Joseph Matthias Sizelove and Ada Lynn (her stepfather was Marion Parker) in Los Angeles, CA. He died 9/25/1963 in Kern, CA. I am not related, but while I was researching the Lane family I connected Alvin to the Sizelove family. One of Alvin's nephews says he has been trying to find out what happened to Alvin. It seems Alvin didn't have much contact with the Sizelove family after his mother remarried. He also took on his stepfather's last name- Lane. Joseph and Ada were not married long and Ada remarried to Winfield Scott Lane (s/o Ira Davis Lane) in Whittier, Los Angeles, CA in 1914. Winfield died in 1920. Ada remarried again to William F. Hayes. Ava's sister died in Kern, CA also so I am guessing this is where Alvin lived for a good number years. Would appreciate any info/clues...thank you !!
