Milam Services were held Friday in the Agee Funeral Home for William D. Milam 76, 332 W. Ash, who died Nov. 14 in a Bakersfield Hospital. The Rev. Fred Henshew officiated and interment followed in Shafter memorial Park. Mr. Milam was born in Booneville, Ark. and had resided in Shafter for 35 years. He was employed by Ranchers Cotton Oil Co. as Maintenance man for 18 years. Pallbearers were Roy Harp, Sonny Mahan, Grover Sherrill, Jack Rand, Bud Sharp, Lefty Ellis. Survivors include the widow, Johnnie Mae of Shafter; two sons, R.D. Milam of Shafter, Billy Milam of Shafter; two daughters, Joyce Jones of Gonzalez and Patsy Kelly of Shafter; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Sharon Kern Co. Volunteer
