She was born on April 17, 1957 in Albany, Ga. to Glenn Harbin and Peggy (Robinson) Ptacnik. Robin graduated from Burroughs High School in 1975. She worked at Alliant Technology Systems for a number of years until her illness in 1995. Robin enjoyed coaching softball, caming, crafts and music. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Everett. Robin is preceded in death by her father Glenn Harbin. She is survived by her mother Peggy (Robinson) Ptacnik, of Fanning Springs,Fla., stepfather Frank Ptacnik of Fanning Springs, Fla., step-mother Pat Harbin of Bremerton, Wash., brothers Bud Harbin of Show Low, Ariz., Braven Joyce of Bremerton, Wash., andBrandon Joyce of Rogue, Ore., sisters Kelli Harbin of Bremerton, Wash., and Kathie Thayer of Poulsbo, Wash., and grandmother Ruth Robinson of Gainsville, Fla.
