Jones Funeral Home, Wasco, for Abbie Leona Mashburn, 77. the Rev. Raymond Squire of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Mrs. Mashburn died in a Wasco hospital Tuesday. A native of Riverside, she was born Nov. 10, 1889. She had lived in Kern County 65 years. In 1954 she and her husband, Peter Monroe Mashburn , moved to Morro Bay, and upon his death, Mrs. Mashburn returned to Wasco. Survivors include four sons, James A. of Bakersfield, William W., Ellis and Everett of Wasco and six daughters, Dollie Juanita Bischoff of Grand Junction, Colo., Opal Clement, Elsie Hart and Virginia Bell of Wasco, Mattie Schmidt of Tehachapi and Myrtle Reed of Morro Bay. Interment will be in the family plot in Wasco Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers are W. W. Mashburn, Ellie Mashburn, Everett Mashburn, Stewart Reed, Harmon Clement and Elmer Clement. Sharon Kern Co.
