Wow, I'm sorry you've had such trouble. I have subscribed for a long time and it's the best money I've ever spent. I do wish they'd hurry up and get all the censuses and indexes on there, however, the service has been invaluable to me. In what way did you crash? I've never had a problem, except that it is a tad slower than I'd like at times, but still faster than searching through microfilm. And while I'm writing, once again I'm searching for Jamima Cain, parents unknown, probably born in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. DOB per family bible was January 13, 1832 d.
