Hi, Unusually I'm an English person seeking information about an American ancestor! I'm seeking information about Patrick and Jane KANE who emigrated to Pennsylvania (close to Shamokin) around 1847. Patrick was a railroad contractor who helped build the railway from Cincinatti to New Orleans. Also seeking information about William CAIN, born in Ireland, who went to join Patrick and Jane around 1865.
