Candy, As far as I know mine didn't go to KY. My John Cain married Elizabeth Brandt Mohler in 1815 in Perry Co. Ohio and they had 4 sons-- John, Jr; Louis, Isiah and James. One of Louis' sons was named Daniel. Living next door to Eliz and John was a Patrick Cain whom I am sure is his father but still no proof. My website has a lot of Cain info on it but also has my John and Elizabeth Cain info on it. Thanks for your help, Karen Researching my Cain, Brazzel, Boettcher, Schild, Brandt families http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~brandt/index.html From: Candy <[email protected]> Reply-To: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [CAIN] Daniel Cain Date: Wed, 11 Dec 2002 11:58:28 -0800 (PST) Hi Karen I have a Patrick b. abt. 1765 also, with brothers John and Daniel, possibly Matthew and Michael. Are you sure yours ended up in Ohio? Mine was in Grayson Co. KY in 1810 and 1820. I wonder if they could be the same, but owned land in both states? >On Wed, 11 Dec 2002 07:20:06 -0500 "Kare Pickett" <[email protected]> wrote. >Diane, >I have Daniel Cain's in my family but don't think we are connected.
