I found my connection to the Parkersburg, WV Foleys. I was originally misled because I was told that my niece's great grandfather's name was Douglas Russell Foley. His birth certificate, that another aunt found in her mother's papers, (who was directly descended from the Foleys) said that his name was Douglas Ross Foley, and that his parents were Mason Filmore Foley and Mary Brown. This was my connecting piece, because I knew who Mason's parents were. I now have the line all the way back to Thomas, born in the 1600's. Here is what I have now: 1.
