I am the brother-in-law of the grandson of James Edward Haynes and Mary Alice Cain. My brother-in-law's name is Clyde Haynes, and his father was Frank Haynes, who was the son of James Edward Haynes. My sister Beverly Haynes married Clyde Haynes, and I am trying to trace his line to see where it crosses mine. We are trying to trace the James Edward Haynes line, and have found his family in Comanche Co., Texas in the early 1920's. We thought they came from Bastrop Co., Texas, but had no proof. I had seen the listing of J. E. Haynes buried in Young School House Cemetery near Bastrop, so I was glad to see these messages.
