My GGF was William Gentry Cain, B,1866,( In Va. or W.Va, we think ) a RR Engineer, who lived with his wife Mary Alice Goff Cain, in DeSoto, Mo. until his death in 1898. They had only one child, my GF David Edward Cain, b. 1891, DeSoto,Mo. She married again, a Dentist, Walter Pruitt ( From St. Louis ) shortly thereafter. Wm. G. Cain is my "Brick Wall"; any info would be greatly appreciated!
