Damas (Theorodamas) Wheeler in Tippecanoe Co., IN, March 21, 1831. I feel fairly certain that she had a brother named Ruell from a family picture naming him "Uncle Ruell Cain", but don't know much more other than birthplace is supposed to be OH and date of birth 1805. I have seen info connecting an Elizabeth Alice Cain with a brother named Ruell, but I don't find information connecting her to the Wheeler family and Tippecanoe County, where she lived near Shawnee Mound. I know of 3 children, my g-ggrandmother, Mary Nolan Wheeler, Tilson L.C.Wheeler and Tilitha Wheeler. She died March 30, 1884. Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks.
