Hello. I am looking for information on Burdett "Bert" Baird born 1880-1881 and raised and Humboldt County, Calif. I have information on his descendants but would like to trace his roots. I believe his father was Edward J. Baird of Vermont and his mother was Mary Hunter. Does anyone have any information on this family? Or does anyone have access to an 1890 Humboldt County Census that may show this family? I believe Mary Hunter remarried to a Chandler because Bert has two half brothers, Art and William Chandler, and a half sister, Mrs. Carrie Marshbank of San Francisco.
