Pam: According to the 1900 U.S. census Index for Humboldt County, Emily Marks was born in October of 1888, and was a boarder in the home of Andrew Marks in Eureka. Oddly, I could find no record of the marriage in the appropriate marriage index. Worse yet, there is no Sinska surname residing in Humbodlt County at this point, nor any Mannel nor Wibble. There are over 35 Marks in the county, but contacting each to ask if they had an ancestor named Emily is a daunting task. I had hoped it would be easier.
