I would like to comment on the attached email. The Humboldt Room is at the Humboldt County Library and is staffed by volunteers of the Library, some of which may be, coincidentally, members of the Humboldt County Historical Society. The Humboldt County Historical Society does not provide volunteer staff to the Humboldt Room. The Society has a research room at the Barnum House on 8th and H Streets in Eureka. The website listed below is that of the Society not the Library. We welcome anyone who is searching in Humboldt County to also visit us at the Society.
