The images were scanned in and are large for maximum readability. Please be patient as the pages load. They are separated into a page for page scan so loading time is as fast as possible. pages 1 and 2 are on the intro page; other than that they run page 3 is page 3, etc. Pages 13 and 14 are summary pages, not much info except for historical interest.
