It is not available to be checked out, and the man I talked to said I would need to talk to someone higher up than he is to see if it can be sent on interlibrary loan. He didn't sound hopeful, since it is a one of a kind. It apparently is over 100 pages, so rather lengthy. Copyrighted so can't be copied, except for personal use, which I would say we qualify for. Please email me privately so we don't clog up the board, and let me know what you would like me to do.
