Duckett- brn 23 May 1917 CA, died 3 Sep 1964 Napa Co, CA, mother's mn = Hoey, ssn = 701035172; John Lewis Duckett brn 5 Feb 1919 CA, died 21 Jul 1951 Humboldt Co. CA, mother's mn = Hoey, ssn = 50161870; and another listing for a John Willis Duckett with all info. the same as for John Lewis; therefore the one placed later was correcting the middle name from the first entry. There were no listings of note for a Victor, Warren, Jack, or Douglas.
