They lived in Mendocino County and then in Humboldt County. John died in about 1914. Amanda died 1 November 1927. Two of their sons were Robert C. Hale, who died 19 October, 1942, and John M. Hale, died 5 February,1942. I need to find out if there are any descendants of this family who are still around.
