My wish is that everyone on our Cagle List, have a very Merry Christmas. This has been another very good year for our list. This list was started by myself in November 1998, and there are some of you who have been with me from the beginning. Thanks to everyone for making this list one of the best Rootsweb sponsors. Of course the list wouldn't be possible with out the great folks at Rootsweb. They went for many years on their own and relied on donations from list administrators, and other nice folks. They now are sponsored by Ancestry, and I encourage all of you to use their many genealogical resources. This is a pay for use company but it in turn keeps all of Rootsweb's great resources alive. To all the many experienced genealogical researchers I thank you for helping all the new folks. Your years on our list and overall experience make it much easier for others. To all the new members who joined this year if you haven't posted your Cagle line yet, please do so for all of us to share.
