You are probably onto something here. James Anderson died in Bourbon Co., Kansas as did his wife Elizabeth Cagle. James was of an age that he could have been the father of your Leonard, but I have nothing to prove this. James Anderson's father was Isaac Anderson who married Barbara Dyer, they had at least the following children; however, this may not be all of them: James, Robert, Leah, William, Luke and John.
