Sandra, Do you have anything on Henry in the Civil War? He was from GA. I am guessing that he is your kin. Neda
Hi Neda, Yes, he was my great great grandfather. Enlisted with 24th Ga. Co. I Glade Guard Volunteers. Died in Lynchburg, VA of typhoid - buried 8-2-1862 in Old City Cemetery Confederate Section in Lynchburg. If you'd like to read about this cemetery and see a list of the Confederate dead buried there (also some Union) go to www.gravegarden.org. Neda, if you'd like to see them, I have some pictures I took of the cemetery and of Henry Cagle's grave. E-mail me direct and I'll send them to you. Still hunting Bells and Heads in GA?
