What is your date and place of birth? What is your father's date and place of birth? Your grandfather's date and place of birth. If you don't know these dates, write for a copy of your father's death certificate, there you will learn where he was born. Because you have so little information and what you do have leads to James and Mary, probably the two most common given names for CAGLEs, you are going to have to do some old fashioned researching before anyone can help you. Sorry, Lee Cagle Okla City PS: I probably have your James and Molly, but I would probably have to spend a whole day searching, and then I may not have their children so still couldn't connect you to them. Hope it does. Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" This is the list I have and is as far as I have gotten and I am stuck here. This is me and my brother: Zachary Curtis Cagle and Dakota Rae Cagle Mother and father are Lucy Elizabeth Piercy and father is James Curtis Cagle, Jr. Mother and father of James Curtis Cagle Jr.'s are Edith Sarah Robinette and James Curtis Cagle, Sr. James Curtis Cagle Sr.'s father and mother are Fred Corbitt Cagle and Grace Kirkman Fred Corbitt Cagle's father and mother is James Cagle and Mollie Cagle >From that point on I have no idea who is next and this point I just want to gather a direct lineage as far as I can go. If you can help me I would appreciate greatly. Also I have done research on things and have noticed there are a lot of Cagles that owed money so if you think you are you should do a search for unclaimed money and go to the your states website for that. Good luck and if you can help again I would greatly appreciate it. ______________________________ X-Message: #2 Date: Sat, 6 Mar 2004 15:58:46 -0600 From: "David Cagle" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Message-ID: <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [CAGLE] Just wanting to know if anyone can help me. Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit The birth dates/ages of the oldest people you have listed here and the County and State in which they were born sure would be helpful. Might be able to figure something out from there. Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" I have a feeling that could be it because the list I have is from Burke County where they died and lived the last bit of there lives but they were from another state but I was told they might have come from VA near Alexander or from one of the other states surrounding NC.
