Sturdivant and Mary Green, who migrated to Clay Co. Ind in the 1820's, from Randolph Co. NC. John and Mary had 9 children. I think Dora/Dovie's name may of been "Dovea" named after a aunt Dovea Green Luther, sister of Mary. John L. Sturdivant was a brother to my Randolph Sturdivant Jr. I would be happy to exchange info on these families--Tabitha/Telitha Cagle had sisters Elmira, Liddy and Susannah
