Social Security Death Index shows a J. Cagle born 7/17/1909 died January, 1975 in West Memphis, Crittendon County, Arkansas. Social Security Card was issued in Tennessee before 1951 Elmer Shehan born 12/14/1917 died 9/25/1999 in West Memphis, Crittendon County, Arkansas. Card issued before 1951 in Oklahoma. This isn't much information, but I hope it helps.
