Lee & List, The marriage 0f 1890 Mississippi Co; MO; caught my eye. My g-grandparents Thomas William & Mary A. Cagle, were living there about that time. They were shown in the 1900 Mississippi Co; Mo; Tywoppity Twp. From what I understand this use to be a community just a few miles from Charleston, Mo. Bertrand, is also not far from Charleston. My g-grandparents were married in 1877 in Oregon Co; Mo; and were in the 1880 census there.
