    3. David & List, Have you visited the UsGenWeb site lately for Fannin Co; Tx. ? I did a quick check and copied some cemetery records online. Are any of these Cagle's, connected to your line? I included their Internet address in case you want to look it over. You may find some leads there to your George Cagle, enumerated there in 1880. Also David, I have a copy of Cagle deaths in Texas, for the period 1903 - 1940. These are the only ones for Fannin, Co. : Lewellen Cagle d. 3-23-1913 certificate # 5925 Lizzie Cagle d. 4-10-1922 certificate # 11287 Mattie Leona Cagle d. 12-2-1911 certificate # 26429 David, the only George Cagle, listed is for San Saba Co; Tx; and d.o.d of 2-25-1935, and death certificate # 9998. 3. Thanks Earl and Lee, I haven't been on the Genweb for Fannin Co., TX lately. Those people you mentioned do not look familiar. The George Cagle I mentioned was born in 1824 and would not likely be the same a George who died in 1935. This George Cagle of New Madrid MO and Fannin Co., TX is not my line. I am a descendent of John Cagle, the older brother of George who remained in Hardin Co., TN and died there in 1979. John and George had two sisters who remained in Hardin County. Susan Cagle and Edna Debba Cagle Smith. Two sisters went to new Madrid Co. MO. Eliza Cagle Bishop and Sarah Cagle Hulin. I think John Cagle, son of George above, remained in New Madrid Co., MO and lived near Moorehouse. There may still be relatives there today?
