Ashley, I usually find these kind of inquiries are for no good purpose. Why doesn't he know something about his father. Why doesn't he ask his mother or his grandparents. I would start by asking him where was he (the son) born. Where did he attend school. Where was his father the last time he had contact with him. I believe I would want to know a whole lot more about the circumstances before I spent too much time on this. Just curious, have you tried the "White pages"?
