David, In the 1870 U.S. Census, if you view the original image, you will find an Eliza Bishop and a William Hulin living in George H Cagle's household in Big Prairie, New Madrid, Missouri. If you scroll down you will find more Cagle's and more Hulins. The 1880 census shows Willie and Dora Bishop living adjacent to George's house.
