    3. Dear all, This email is so confusing - am I the only one who cannot make sense of it? Where do Ashley's words end and Lee's begin? I would like to suggest that when someone is answering another email, they put the message they are answering in italics or frame the original message they are quoting by "parentheses", so that the rest of us know who is quoting whom. Sometimes we tend to answer emails the way we would answer someone in a person to person conversation - but it just doesn't work the same on paper!
