Carroll, I do not believe there is such thing as a "half cousin". Only half brothers and sisters. Anything else would be "step cousins", which are not blood related at all. This is probably what Lee is referring to. Sorry Frances, but Lee's right. Step cousins would really be no relation whatsoever except by marriage. Stepbrothers and sisters come from each spouse already having children before they married one another. These children are not blood kin. Half brothers and sisters share at one parent.
