Ashley, I was looking at this 1930 census last night. The index on ancestry.com shows Frank J Cagle born in Tennessee but that's actually the person before him. His entry actually shows him to be born in Ankansas. I did find Irene Hennington (I think) in 1920 in Pittsburg County Ok Ti District. If this is the right Hennington, one family that also lived in the same county was James T. Cagle. Is that James Tilner? There may be some connection - I'm not sure. Sorry I can't help more.
