George and Rebecca and there family were members of the Church which was located near the Big Creek, Just off Hwy. 27 west of the bridge in a pasture below Liberty Hill Primitive Baptist Church . There are alot of graves located in there, but George Cagle , 1750 - 1825 and Mary Harley are the only graves marked . The land where the Chuch is now is owned by the Huneycutts. In the name of God, amen. I, Benjamin Cagle of the County of Stanly, and State of North Carolina, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and publish this, my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say: First: that my executor therinafter mentioned shall provide for my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my relations and friends and pay all funeral expenses together with all my just debts howsoever and to whomsoever owing out of the monies that may first come into his hands as a part or parcels of my estate.
