List: Some time back the question was raised as to the accuracy of the postings of the first three generations of Cagles. Was any concensus of opinions decided. If so, would someone please post them. I would like to be on the same sheet of music with everyone else, if possible. I know this is a difficult area but, if our most reliable researcher would post his/hers (Earl, since you are the Administrator, I would recommend you), then we could all use this posting until someone else comes up with source documents to prove it wrong, then after agreement, that information could be posted, recommending all change their previous post. I have been trying to reconcile all the previous posts and I have the first three generations so confused I fear without help, I will never get them straight, i.e., I now have Old Leonard with 12 children. Maybe, working three generations is too much. Maybe only one generation at a time would be best. I don't know. When I first began this project, I thought, "Boy, this is going to be easy." I dumbly posted all the messages as I received them. Now I have some children with as many as three different sets of parents. I have some fathers with as many as four wifes and some with children but, no wives. What a mess. HELP!!
