Hi Ruth I have looked at John David Cagle and Mary "Polly" Carter . I do not have her down on my list . Would love to here more about the family , There are story's of other Cagle families that have taken in an Indian child , and if you look at were they all lived right next to the reservations or on them . I come of of Charles Cagle , John David's brother. I belong to a Cagle Group of about 100 people, that we all share information and everyone tries to help out one another. Its lots of fun.
