David, My grandmother, wife of Benjamin Jackson Alexander Cagle, had written the birthdates and places of birth for her husband, herself,and her children. I was looking in my Aunt's Bible one day and found this loose leaf sheet of paper and I made notes from it. Since that time, this document has been passed on to another Aunt. I am trying to retrieve this document. It did not have the older generation listed on it. My Grandmother was not very good with spelling, even the children's names were sometimes spelled differently, so I can see how she would misspell the birthplace for her husband. If you ever bump into any information leading to this family, I would greatly appreciate it. These families were sharecroppers therefore they moved quite often. This makes it difficult to trace them.
