Gary, I have a copy of the book for which I provided a little bit of information about my family to Luther when he was writing same in the 1980's. I am sure many others participated as well. Luther did a great job and published the book in 1988. I have not heard from Luther in a few years, but, his address in 1988 was: Martin Luther Birchinal P. O.
